Breaking: Many killed while scooping fuel from broken pipeline in Niger

Many people have been killed while attempting to scoop fuel from a broken pipeline at Dagbo-Pogo community in Niger State, North Central Nigeria.

Details are still sketchy as to the number of people who died, but an explosion occurs which is believed to have killed so many people.
